Website Terms of Use

1. Who we are. tintame.com is run by Tintame AB (under formation), [address], Sweden, [email protected]. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale; personal data by our Privacy Policy.

2. Content and rights. The site's text, design, room illustrations, diagrams and software belong to Tintame or its licensors. We only sell artworks that we have checked are in the public domain in the countries where we produce and deliver them; copyright terms differ between countries, so some works are not offered everywhere. We claim no rights in the artworks themselves, and a purchase gives you a physical print, not a licence to reproduce it. You may view and share our pages for personal use. You may not copy the site, its room illustrations or its software for commercial use without our permission.

3. Room illustrations and measurements. Rooms shown on the site are illustrations, not photographs of real homes. Sizes, heights and proportions in our guides are recommendations; check your own wall before you hang anything.

4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to get unauthorised access, overloading it, scraping it at scale or sending harmful code.

5. Links. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Availability and liability. We try to keep the site available and correct but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for indirect loss from using the site, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not affect your rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and law. We may change these terms; the version on the site applies. Swedish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection where you live.
