Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tintame AB, [address], Sweden, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods to the return address given in your order confirmation (for the EU: [address]; for the UK, US and Australia a local address where available) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; for framed prints this is normally a parcel of up to [...] kg. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications and marked "made to measure" before you order (Terms of Sale, section 7).
